Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time for item collection from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
